Privacy Policy

BullQuest ("BullQuest", "we", "us") is a free-to-play game available on the web at bullquest.fun and as a mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the game needs to work. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to create your account, run the game, and keep it fair. This depends on how you sign in and how you play.

Email address (if you sign up with email or Google)	To create and secure your account and let you sign back in.
Account identifiers: a BullQuest user id, and, if you choose to connect them, a Telegram id and a Solana wallet address	To identify your account and keep your progress synced across devices. A wallet address is used only as an account identifier and a receive-only address; we never take custody of funds, keys, or seed phrases.
Gameplay data: your bulls, GRIT score, stats, wins and losses, streaks, and any bull names you set	To run the game, save your progress, and show leaderboards and duels.
Usage data: sign-in activity and simple play activity (for example daily active days)	To understand retention and improve the game.
Diagnostics: basic error and performance information	To find and fix bugs.
Bull Assistant messages: the questions you type into our in-app help assistant	To answer your question. These messages are sent to a third-party AI provider (see Section 3) to generate a reply.

We do not collect your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising or attribution SDKs.

2. How we use your information

To create, secure, and operate your account and sync your progress.
To run gameplay: duels, the daily spin, quests, the gym, sector events, and leaderboards.
To send in-app notifications you have not turned off.
To understand how the game is used and to improve it.
To detect and prevent cheating, abuse, and fraud, and to keep the game fair.
To respond to your support requests and feedback.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run BullQuest, and only as needed. We do not sell personal information.

Supabase, our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and game data on our behalf.
DeepSeek, an AI provider that generates replies for the in-app Bull Assistant. If you use the assistant, the message you type is sent to DeepSeek to produce an answer. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the assistant.
Google and Telegram, only if you choose to sign in with them, to verify your identity for that sign-in method.
Apple, if you sign in with Apple, to verify your identity. Apple may provide us a private relay email if you choose to hide your email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.

The public web version of BullQuest can interact with the Solana blockchain (for example, optional purchases or a wallet you connect). Anything recorded on a public blockchain is public and outside our control. The mobile app does not include these blockchain features.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (in your account menu, choose "Delete account"). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, bulls, GRIT, stats, and connected sign-in methods from our systems. Some minimal records may be retained where required by law or to prevent fraud. Information already written to a public blockchain (web version only) cannot be deleted by us.

5. Your choices and rights

Access and deletion: you can delete your account and its data in-app at any time (see Section 4). To request a copy of your data, contact us below.
Notifications: you can manage in-app notifications in the app.
Sign-in methods: you can choose which sign-in method to use; connecting a wallet or Telegram is optional.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Children

BullQuest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We never ask for your wallet's seed phrase or private key, and you should never share it with anyone.

8. International users

We operate globally and our providers may process and store data in countries other than yours, including the United States. By using BullQuest you consent to this transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use of BullQuest after an update means you accept the revised policy.
